St John of God Bendigo Hospital is currently seeking an outstanding individual to support the integration of the organisation’s Vision, Mission and Values throughout the hospital. The Director of Mission Integration is an integral member of the hospital’s executive team and contributes to maintaining a strong culture, focussed on the provision of excellent, holistic care.
You will have demonstrable experience as an exceptional leader, with strong strategic and influencing skills. You will play a key role in developing leaders’ ability to embed the SJGHC Mission and Values in their everyday practice and be able to communicate the Catholic ethic of care in an accessible manner. Through your role, you will influence culture, performance, patient experience and the direction of the health service.
If you have a demonstrated ability to lead organisational culture and change, build strong relationships across all levels, hold a qualification in one or more of Health Care, Human Resources, Organisational Development, Theology, Scripture, Ethics, or Ministry, or related studies, we would be pleased to hear from you.
This position will be offered on a permanent part time basis, working 45.6 hours per fortnight.
