The Archdiocese of Perth is seeking to appoint a Senior Information Officer (12 month, full time, fixed term contract) to the Information Management Project led by the Archives Office. The project team is tasked with the implementation of 'Serving the Church in the Digital Age: The Archdiocese of Perth’s Information Management Strategy'. The position is contract based for one year and is primarily focused on the implementation of an Electronic Document and Records Management System (Laserfiche) within the archdiocesan administration.
The position will suit a person with records management experience and a tertiary qualification in Records and Information Management. The person should possess skills in working with a diverse group of stakeholders including paid staff and volunteers. Project planning and implementation experience is highly desirable.
