An excellent opportunity exists for suitably qualified and experienced Catholic educators to secure one of two Deputy Principal positions that is available in our college environment.
These roles have been created to work closely with the school Principal delivering a strategic focus on enriching leadership within schools, delivering enhanced professional outcomes for teachers, and improvements in personal and academic growth for students.
Whilst the roles will consist of requisite educational leadership accountabilities the successful candidate will also be required to demonstrate:
- an explicit commitment to faith, and well-developed capacity to take forward the mission of the Catholic Church through the School community
- exceptional communication skills to effectively build and sustain positive relationships within the school, parish and extended community
- a successful performance history of inspiring excellence in teachers to enrich social and emotional wellbeing, student learning and enhanced educational expectations and outcomes
- Leadership presence, strong emotional intelligence and self-efficacy to drive an educational environment where staff and students flourish
