The Principal models faith in action and inspires the school community to enact a shared vision that focuses on high-quality education for all students. The Principal will lead the community by personal and professional example to ensure the College:

• is recognised as authentically Catholic which promotes Gospel values and nurtures spiritual development;
• delivers a contemporary, high quality, and evidence-based learning experience for students;
• achieves a high standard of academic success;
• is a collaborative learning community and continuously develops and supports staff.

Working in partnership with the leaders of the Diocese of Ballarat Catholic Education Limited, the Principal is responsible for the operational leadership and stewardship of the Colleges resources.
