Loreto College Coorparoo is a Catholic secondary school for girls in the tradition of Mary Ward. With a student body of approximately 900 students and over 100 staff, Loreto College has an exciting opportunity in the role of Director of Finance and Business Operations.
As a senior leadership position, this role requires strategic leadership of the finances of the College as well as management of business operations, including budget planning and reporting, compliance, risk and insurance. Additionally, the role incorporates oversight of property management, technology services and support, marketing, community engagement and administration.
The position requires a strategic leader with outstanding stakeholder management skills, drive, demonstrated experience in financial leadership and the ability to successfully develop and execute strategic projects.
The successful candidate will have tertiary qualifications in commerce/accounting and significant experience of achievement in business leadership which includes the successful implementation of change. Astute financial leadership, successful leadership, development and execution of strategic priorities, excellent communication and organisation skills, and experience in reporting to Executive Management and Boards are required.
Experience within a school is not necessary, however some experience in property construction projects will be highly regarded.
