Business Manager - MacKillop Catholic College, Mornington, Tasmania

MacKillop Catholic College is a co-educational Catholic College located 10 minutes east of the Hobart CBD providing outstanding educational environment and committed to creating a learning environment that fosters excellence, compassion and service in our students.

An excellent opportunity exists for suitability qualified and experienced candidates to join the school at an exciting time as we prepare for the introduction of Years 11 and 12 at MacKillop Catholic College in 2023.

Business Manager Ongoing Commencing October 2020

This senior leadership role reports to the Principal and operates to provide effective strategic direction, implementation and operation of the College’s overall financial, business and infrastructure functions. To be successful you will be required to demonstrate:

A genuine and authentic commitment to act as a role model of Catholic values Extensive knowledge and experience in financial management and accounting functions Strong planning, project management, facilities development and ICT expertise Highly effective administrative, decision-making and problem-solving skills Constructive team leadership, interpersonal and communications capabilities

The successful candidate will demonstrate significant relevant experience and hold Degree level qualifications in Business, Finance or other relevant discipline. Post-Graduate qualifications and membership of CPA or other relevant professional association will be well regarded.

A senior management salary, commensurate with the role is available and employment conditions are provided congruent with the Tasmanian Catholic Education Single Enterprise Agreement 2018.
