Executive Assistant - Society of the Sacred Heart, Mascot, NSW

This catholic organisation is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to join their close-knit team on a part-time basis for 4-5 days per week. They are offering a 3-year contract.

Your new role

  • Calendar and meetings management
  • Managing all enquiries and correspondence
  • Stakeholder engagement
  • Taking minutes and actioning items
  • Travel arrangements
  • Project management including digital media strategies
  • Processing invoices on Xero
  • General adhoc administrative tasks

What you'll need to succeed

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience as an Executive Assistant
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to liaise with senior executives and manage confidential information
  • Experience using Microsoft Office suite
  • Positive, professional and a "can-do" attitude
