Are you looking to build on your skills and experience in records and information management? The Australian Catholic Bishops Conference is looking for a suitably qualified person to fulfil a role as ACMR Administrator. This if a full-time ongoing position based in Braddon, ACT.
As the ACMR Administrator you will be responsible for maintaining the currency of information on the Australian Catholic Ministry Register. You will work with other Church entities to ensure capture of relevant records and monitor the ACMR public inspection portal.
You will have a good knowledge of electronic and digital records management systems. You will have an understanding of information privacy and experience in dealing with confidential information. You will have experience in Microsoft Windows operating systems, high-level skills in Sharepoint, Ninex and Photoshop. Prior experience in working with Church organisations would be an advantage.
