COMMENCING MID TO LATE APRIL 2019
Holy Cross Centre in Templestowe, Victoria, is home to the Passionist community of 14 men and students. Set in expansive and serene gardens, the Centre offers diverse meeting spaces and facilities for conferences, seminars, group development and retreats.
The Bookkeeper and Administration Support Officer manages creditor and debtor systems for both the Passionist community and the Conference Centre. The role also incorporates the delivery of ad hoc back-up support to the Administration and Conference Centre Manager.
This is a 3 day a week (0.6 FTE) position with options for flexible working days and hours.
The successful applicant will have successful experience in bookkeeping and creditor/debtor management and in establishing and managing budgets. High-level knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles, procedures and regulatory requirements is required, along with proficiency in accounting software (Reckon, QuickBooks, Zero or MYOB).
